Hi, I'm Callie Sahr, a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant with over 18 years of experience in healthcare. My journey began in Labor and Delivery, where I was privileged to take part in the very intimate and transformative experience of childbirth.
As a nurse practitioner, my focus is on promoting whole-body health and well-being for my patients. I prioritize wellness and preventative care while addressing the concerns that matter most to you. I am dedicated to listening closely to each patient and developing individualized, solution-focused health plans that are comprehensive and easy to understand.
I take great pride in offering compassionate care and working collaboratively with you to achieve optimal health outcomes.
I’m a Physician Assistant with over 10 years of experience, including seven years in urgent care and three years in surgery. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside patients during both challenging and healing seasons of life, and it’s been an honor to support them through it all.
My greatest joys come from my faith, family, friends, and community—and these values are at the heart of how I practice medicine. I believe that true health goes beyond treating illness; it’s about caring for the whole person—body, mind, and soul. I’ve been in the makeup artistry business for over 30 years and have a true passion for beauty, fashion, and style—because I believe how we feel inside shines through on the outside. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to travel to incredible places like New York and Chicago, working and training alongside some of the industry’s best.
What I enjoy most is connecting with clients, building trusted relationships, and helping them feel confident in their daily lives—whether that’s through makeup application, skincare, or wellness guidance. As the Beauty and Wellness Coordinator at Embarc Wellness, I’m here to welcome and assist clients, recommend the right skincare, and provide personalized makeup services.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, walking our pup, working out, traveling, and hunting for unique vintage finds. My life is grounded in faith and fueled by creativity, and I look forward to sharing that passion with each client I meet.
